Greetings friends, families and other fans of our humble site! The sun is
setting on another sunny day in Central Asia. The Log Warriors are busy
scrambling about finishing up their business for the day. We are undergoing
several personnel changes in our operations along with changes in our cyber
presence. Several of the log warriors are swapping out duty locations so
some of you may be getting letters and hopefully
phone calls from soldiers
getting used to their new surroundings. My Afghanistan NCOIC is trading
places with my Uzbekistan NCOIC. My humanitarian LNO is trading places with
another motivated soldier who is ready for a unique
experience providing
excellent customer service to some of our allies.
As you can see we've changed the web site. It turns out that our old site
just got to popular! The Log Warriors are just plain too busy to spend so
much time answering all that fan mail! Now please
accept our sincere thanks
and grattitude to all who sent us emails of support and thanks. It was
really overwhelming to hear from so many around the
world who expressed
appreciation for the tiny part we play in this great endeavor. Thank you!
Because of time constraints and our desire to stay away from so much
publicity, we've shut this "blog" down. We may in the future launch a new
and improved web log of our daily experiences out here. It has been a great
tool to keep family and friends informed. For now however, we must say
thank you for your support and please leave a message if you want to contact
any of the team by sending an email to: webmaster@172med.org.
Thanks for visiting! Please continue to express your thanks and support to
Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, and Marines wherever you encounter them!
